  • How do I find out if you have any available suites?

The fastest way is to send us a quick email with your arrival and departure dates and we can send you the available options among our furnished apartments in Toronto.

  • What payment method can I use?

    We accept cheques, wire transfers, and interac e-transfers for rent and deposit payments. We will accept credit card for your reservation deposit payment. Wire transfers and credit card payments carry a standard bank processing fee. Please ask us about the applicable fee.

  • What is the damage deposit and when is it returned?

Your damage deposit is to cover any damages to the furnished apartment. It is returned to you within 48 hours of your departure date. We can refund the deposit using any method that is convenient for you (ie, wire transfer, cheque, interac e-transfer, paypal, etc), and we will agree on this prior to the end of your stay.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

We have a 30 day cancellation policy. If you have paid your reservation deposit and cancel up to 30 days before your check-in date, your entire reservation deposit minus any processing fees (ie credit card or wire transfer fees) will be sent back immediately. Once you move in there is no cancellation policy. If you need to cut your stay short however for an emergency please contact us immediately.

  • What is your minimum stay requirement?

Our minimum stay experience is 30 days.

  • How do I make sure the suite I want is not booked?

We work in a queue priority system, and have to also accommodate current guests who may need to extend their stay. Once you have paid your reservation deposit and sent in your agreement, your stay is guaranteed.

  • Are your suites all in one building?

No we have multiple furnished apartments in downtown Toronto, in various buildings. Our suites are primarily in Yorkville, as well as further downtown near Queen Street and King Street West.

  • How many people can your furnished apartments accommodate?

Our 1 bedroom furnished apartments and 1 bedroom + den short term rentals can accommodate 2 adults or 2 adults and a child comfortably. Our 2 bedroom furnished apartments can accommodate 4 adults comfortably. Please note we do not provide extra furniture, as each suite is designed and furnished for optimum use of the space. 

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR FURNISHED RENTALS

Our furnished rental apartments are set up so that you just need to bring your clothes! Everything else, from dishes to towels, to hair-dryer, is provided for you.

  • Living Room

    Typically includes a comfortable three-seat sofa, stylish coffee table, TV console, and of course our design features and accessories that are unique in each furnished rental suite. Also included is a large flat screen HDTV with ample cable tv channels, and last but not lease, unlimited Hi-Speed WIFI Internet so you can stream your favorite entertainment, or get your work done easily and quickly.

  • Bedroom

    A super comfortable queen size bed is included in our typical bedroom - it sleep two adults comfortable. Our mattresses are premium quality, using natural wool, cotton and wood products to make them breathable and providing the maximum lumbar support. We also provide freshly dry-cleaned bedsheets, duvets, duvet covers and fresh, plush pillows, with plenty of extra linens for you.

  • Kitchen

    Our kitchens feature all modern appliances including a stove, oven, full sized fridge and microwave. We know cooking your own meal in your new home is important, so we make sure the kitchen is fully stocked for the best cooking and dining experience - our kitchens include utensils, dishes, glassware, cookware, pots and pans, toaster and of course a stainless steel, modern coffee machine that will come with coffee and filters so you can have fresh coffee when you wake up your first morning.

  • Bathroom

    A typical bathroom features a bathtub which has a stand-up shower head set up as well. When you arrive there will also be supplies including soap, shampoo, etc in the bathroom. We provide plenty of fresh towels so you don’t have to do laundry often, and extra toilet paper is of course also included for your arrival.

WHAT DOES THE RENT COVER?

Your rent covers everything. From utilities (gas, water, electricity, heat, AC) to Cable TV, to your internet connection. Once you pay your rent and exit cleaning fee, there are no other fees to pay. Our posted rates include all taxes.

WHAT IS THE CHECK IN PROCESS?

  • Our check-in process is seamless and easy. Once you have booked your furnished rental, we will send the full check-in details regarding when to meet our Welcome Key Staff Member or where to pick up your keys. We will also find out about your arrival time to coordinate delivery with you so that it is stress-free.

  • Our standard check-in time is 4pm, but please always make sure to let us know your arrival time so that we can coordinate the check-in with you.
